From the start, cants are manually inspected for optimal saw positioning. As boards come off the saw, a quality control inspector calipers for thickness every 10 minutes. Voice activated grading is done as the boards are bundled for drying. After kiln drying, the boards are inspected and graded one last time to your specifications and Brookville Wood Products' strict standards.
