Each log that enters the line is computer evaluated by length and diameter. Then the 8 blade head saw completely saws a log every 10 seconds producing 30,000 feet of defect free squares per shift. Using the latest technology available guarantees the most efficient cut from each log so that you are never paying for production inefficiencies. Starting with the finest hardwoods in the world allows us to deliver astounding solid squares up to 4 x 4. We can also provide you with glued squares up to 6 x 6 if your specifications allow. During production at our square mill your squares are inspected at seven stages to ensure the overall quality of each square we produce.
